I really don’t understand men some times. I know this guy that has been with his significant other for seven and a half years now. She leaves to go to Dallas for two days to train for a new machine at work, comes home and by Saturday night her husband who said that he misses her even when he’s at work every day wants a divorce. His reasons: He’s wants to do, what he wants to do, when he wants to do it. She’s just like her mother ( Honestly, this girl is the exact opposite of her mother in every way possible ). She doesn’t have her own hobbies and he doesn’t want her to end up resenting him. They’ve been married two months at this time of him wanting the divorce. They’ve been separated for two weeks, and the minute they were he had a little teeny bopper, who he’s been taking to lunch and dinner a week before him and his wife were even separated!! He told his wife he cared for her well being but doesn’t love her anymore. Now you tell me, you just don’t wake up one morning and decide that you don’t love someone anymore after seven years, that’s something that’s in the works for a while, so why did he marry her? His response, “It sounded like a good idea at the time and I felt I owed it to you.” He left his wife whom he had a brand new truck and house with, she has her own career, and puts up with his crap ( he’s one of the crappiest boyfriends/husbands ) for a girl who’s 19, works at hooters, and not going to school. I understand working at Hooters is not a bad thing, not saying it is, but the girl as no ambition.
Meanwhile his wife is at home every night alone, crying on my shoulder because she can’t understand why he would do this to her. I feel so bad for her that I end up crying myself over it, its gotten to a point where I don’t even know what to say to her anymore. She’s goes out to the club to drink, have a good time, and forget everything that’s going wrong in her life just for one night, and what happens? He shows up with his mistress and is all over it, can see his wife in clear view and does it just to get under her skin.
